What it is
When you leave a rented home in French-speaking Switzerland, three things must be done before handing back the keys: moving out, clearing the cellar and the attic, and cleaning for the move-out inspection. Quarti brings them together in a single request, passed on to at most three local companies, vetted beforehand. And for moving day, crates can be rented for the weekend.
What the project required
Everything starts from a date comparison sites ignore: the move-out inspection. On the home page, you enter it, and the site works backwards to suggest when to clear, move and clean, then carries those dates into the request.
Behind the form, every request is stored before the alert goes out: an outage of the email service does not make it disappear. The form works without JavaScript, keeps what was typed if you go back, and the database itself rejects what the code might have let through. Services and rentals are declared in a single registry: testing a new one takes one entry and one page.

Quarti is in this portfolio because it shows a Voren project more complex than a showcase site: a complete request flow, with its database, its privacy rules and its three audiences, tenants, companies and property managers.
