résilie.ch · termination letters that follow Swiss law
An online service that drafts a termination letter compliant with Swiss law, for basic health insurance or a residential lease. You answer a few questions, check the letter and download it as a free PDF. Designed and built by Voren.

What it is
An online service that writes a termination letter compliant with Swiss law, for French-speaking Switzerland. Two procedures are open: basic health insurance (LAMal) and residential leases. Others, such as resigning from a job, are announced in the catalogue.
You answer a questionnaire, one question per step. The site calculates the deadline (the notice period and, for a lease, the termination dates specific to each canton), checks the AHV number and shows the letter exactly as it will be printed. The PDF is free: you print it, sign it, send it yourself.
What the project demanded
One miscalculated date, and the contract runs until the next term. The letters therefore come from fixed templates, checked against the official legal texts (Fedlex). No artificial intelligence writes the letter: same answer, same letter.
The journey also knows when to stop. When the rented home is the family home, the law requires the express consent of the spouse or registered partner (art. 266m of the Code of Obligations): the letter carries both signatures, and without the second one, the site refuses to go further rather than produce a void letter.
And it says what the law says: the law does not require registered mail, it requires the letter to arrive on time. Registered mail is only the best proof. The site explains this instead of selling fear.
What runs behind it
The site is written with Next.js and hosted on Vercel. Supabase holds the data and the customer area, where you sign in with a six-digit code received by email; Resend sends the emails. Each procedure has its own search pages (cancelling health insurance, terminating a lease, the lease notice period…).
Already built but not yet open, and announced as coming soon: registered sending by Swiss Post, printed and posted by a provider (Pingen), payment by card or TWINT (Stripe), and an annual pass.
Why it is here
It is an internal product, not a commission. It shows what a web application demands beyond the screen: rules that leave no room for error, a payment, postal deliveries, emails, a customer area. The same chain serves a customer portal, a booking tool or a business application.
