Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown in CHF, excluding VAT. Swiss VAT (8.1%) is added on the invoice when applicable. Details appear on your quote.
How do the discounts work?
Several levers stack up to 20% total (upfront payment, fast signing, service combination, commitment, referral). The configurator computes the exact total live.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The quoted price is the invoiced price for the scope defined at briefing. No setup fees, no surprise costs.
Can I change my package after signing?
Yes. A scope change is quoted separately and transparently, before any work starts. You approve before we proceed.
What if the project goes beyond scope?
We flag any out-of-scope request immediately, with clear pricing. Nothing is billed without your prior written approval.
