Genevard · an exceptional furnished rental on Lake Geneva

Where it started

A duplex apartment right at the water’s edge, on the Valais shore of Lake Geneva, between Le Bouveret and Saint-Gingolph. A property that sells through light and place, but also listed on Airbnb, with the classic risk: two calendars kept by hand, and sooner or later a double booking. It needed a site worthy of the property, without opening a second door for bookings.

What we built

A showcase site entirely centred on the property: the lake in the hero, a full-screen gallery unfolding the duplex, the terrace and the view, and a “Situation” section that tells the location. The availability section states the season, October to April every year, and sends booking requests to Airbnb, where the dates are confirmed. For a question or a long stay, the email address is shown large, with one button to write and another to copy it, and no form to configure. All of it in French, English, German and Italian.

What runs today

The site is live at genevard.ch, static and fast, from a large screen down to a phone. Redesigned in October 2026, it uses system typography with no third-party web fonts and adapts from 320 px wide. The private jetty on the lake now opens the page, and the photos, chosen from the 35 in the Airbnb listing, are served at their native resolution in modern formats. Booking goes through one place, the Airbnb listing, and long-stay questions arrive by email: the relationship with guests stays direct.
