Showcase and booking site for a high-end furnished rental on the shore of Lake Geneva, with a full-screen gallery, an availability calendar synced with Airbnb, and a bilingual contact journey.
Where it started
A duplex apartment right at the water’s edge, on the Valais shore of Lake Geneva, between Le Bouveret and Saint-Gingolph. A property that sells through light and place — but also listed on Airbnb, with the classic risk: two calendars kept by hand, and sooner or later a double booking. It needed a site worthy of the property, and availability that stays right on its own.
What we built
A showcase site entirely centred on the property: the lake in the hero, a full-screen gallery unfolding the duplex, the terrace and the view, and a “Situation” section that tells the location. The availability calendar syncs automatically with Airbnb (iCal): booked dates flow onto the site by themselves — one entry, never a conflict. Visitors check the dates, then send a request through the form or go straight to Airbnb. All of it in French and English.
What runs today
The site is live at genevard.ch, static and fast, from a large screen down to a phone. Availability updates without anyone touching it: the Airbnb calendar is the source of truth, the site follows. Requests come in through the form, and the relationship with guests stays direct.
